Jena is a Company Secretary with more than 20 years of experience in Company Law matters, Income Tax, NCLT litigation matters, Company Listing in BSE/NSE, Start-up Compliances, Legal Matters involving Merger and Acquisition (M&A), ROC matters and Regulatory & Statutory Matters. He is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in corporate governance and legal compliance. He possesses strong knowledge in the fields of corporate law, regulatory requirements, and corporate governance best practices. He has overseen board meetings, ensures compliance with laws, and manages shareholder communications for different corporates.

Himadri Shekhar Nanda is an ex-banker with Punjab National Bank, bringing over 30 years of extensive experience in the banking sector. He specialises in credit structuring, preparation of Detailed Project Reports (DPRs), and Techno-Economic Viability (TEV) studies for both greenfield and expansion projects across manufacturing and service industries on a pan-India basis. He possesses strong expertise in project administration and end-to-end monitoring, ensuring the timely and efficient execution of ongoing greenfield initiatives.
